A 360° unboxing video (continuous, without cuts) is mandatory

Important Condition

Not continuous OR

Not showing full unpacking

No return or exchange will be accepted under any circumstances

8. Pricing and Payment

Prices are subject to change without prior notice

By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount including shipping charges

We use third-party payment gateways, and associated charges are non-refundable

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping charges and timelines will be displayed at checkout

Delivery depends on courier partners and location

Customer Responsibility

You must provide:

Correct address

Valid phone number

10. Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

If the order is returned due to:

Incorrect address

Wrong phone number

Not attending courier calls

Refusal to accept delivery

For Reshipping

Customer must pay:

Two-way shipping charges (return + resend)

For Refund (if applicable)

The following will be deducted:

Two-way shipping charges

5% platform fee (Payment gateway + platform charges – non-refundable to us)

Only the remaining amount (if any) will be refunded.

11. Cancellation Policy

No cancellation is allowed once the order is placed

Orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances after confirmation

Customers are requested to review all product details carefully before placing the order
