Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Once your order has been shipped:

Once the delivery OTP is shared with the courier partner, responsibility for the shipment lies with the customer.
❌ Nool and Knot will not be liable for any issues arising after OTP confirmation.
If any product is missing from your package, you must:
✅ Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
✅ Provide a clear 360° unboxing video showing the unopened package and contents
⚠️ Unboxing video proof is mandatory.
Requests without proper video evidence will not be accepted.

❌ We follow a strict No Return Policy unless otherwise specified.
Once an order is placed, cancellation is not permitted.
❌ Address modifications are not allowed after the order has been shipped.
✅ For corrections before dispatch, please contact us immediately.
Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Orders may be returned to us if:

📞 The customer is unavailable or unreachable
🚫 The customer refuses to accept delivery
Any eligible refund will be processed after deducting:
🚚 Two-way shipping charges (forward + return)
💳 5% platform/payment processing fee (non-refundable)
⏳ Refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days after the returned parcel is received and verified.
If you wish to have the order resent, you will be required to pay:
