📍 Delivery cannot be stopped or redirected by us

Any refusal to accept delivery may result in Return-to-Origin (RTO) charges being applied.

Refunds are applicable only in limited circumstances, such as a Return to Origin (RTO) due to delivery failure.

A refund may be considered if the order is returned to us because of:

Applicable Deductions

If a refund is approved, the following charges will be deducted:

🚚 Two-way shipping charges (forward shipment + return shipment)

💳 5% platform/payment processing fee (non-refundable charges incurred by us)

The remaining balance (if any) will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refund Timeline

⏳ Refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days after the returned parcel is received and verified by our team.

Discount vouchers and promotional coupons are:
